Immunization Clinic (Corunna)
Clinics are on Wednesdays by appointment only. Effective 06/03/2019 a $10.00 fee per vaccine will be charged for children’s vaccines provided by the state. Adult vaccine and private pay children’s vaccine – call for prices. To schedule an appointment, call (989) 743-2356 or 1-800-859-4229. If a parent is not accompanying the child to the immunization appointment, please call in advance to receive consent forms or consent forms may be accessed at the following link:

Corunna WIC office is open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Children’s Special Health Care Services

HIV Testing & Counseling

MIChild & Healthy Kids

Vision & Hearing Screening

Family Planning
